Audio engine and audio device stability fixes.
Bus reset handling bug addressed.
Channel allocation deadlock bug addressed.
MIDI device name bug addressed.
MIDI state variables no longer reset prematurely, which caused loss of MIDI while streaming.
Various stability fixes.

3 - Launch the application and follow the instructions on the screen.
