MPICH, LAM-MPI, PVM, Module, PVFS, Myrinet GR., Sonne-Rasterfeld-Maschine, GCC, Ganglia und Globus, *and* populäre bioinformatics Software z.B. der NCBI Toolkit, der KNALL, das mpiBLAST, das HMMER, das ClustalW, das GROMACS, das PHYLIP, das KLUGE, FASTA ein und PRÄGT.
